2] Any questions put forward by the the customer is sufficiently answered with patience (for instance, if i end up at the book centre without any information on the most sought after books for a particular title, i simply ask them to help with it, And yes not just 1,2 or 3; but they may even put down more then that if u ask them too.)
3] Good updates provided pertaining to new releases or availability of a particular book you are interested in.
4] Hastle free communication can carried out over the telephone too...
5] Any unnoticed damage of the product while purchase by the customer, is also easily replaced here.
