Loyal customer creates a commercial for Sulekha.com


~ A new mantra in advertising ~


February 07, 2008: 32 year old, Indian software engineer Pranab Bhowmick from Bay area, California has created a commercial on his favorite social networking and local commerce website, Sulekha.com. Inspired by the varied services offered by Sulekha.com and having utilized the same, he conceptualized the commercial, displaying his utmost satisfaction with the service offerings. Sulekha.com, a leading social networking and local commerce website for Indians worldwide, was impressed with the creativity and customer loyalty, has re-created the commercial and will run a campaign with the same commercial. Sulekha.com’s ad campaign has been launched today and will be aired on popular TV channels in the U.S.


Commenting on the launch, Mr. Satya Prabhakar, Founder & CEO, Sulekha.com said, “Sulekha as a brand plays a larger than life role to NRI’s living in the US. The couple describes how they have used the services offered by Sulekha.com during last few years of their lives, in a humorous way. The film was shot by Film Park Productions under the creative supervision of Debdarshan Dutta. Sulekha.com’s new campaign would be initially on air from February 01, 2008, on Zee USA .
