I have purchased Doctor Aqua guard Enrich from Eureka Forbes Bhowanipore, they have come and installed the unit immediately and have charged me Rs.17400 for the same and the service provided by them was very good.

I have raised the issue so many times to your customer service team, sales team and local head Howrah. But it is yet to be resolved. I have purchased a new Aquaguard Classic plus on 28.06.2017. Product was delivered on 30.06.2017. But it cannot be installed as product is defective. Your service engineers have checked it 2-3 times on 1st July and confirmed that it needs to be replaced. But till date replacement has not been done. I have talked to your local head Mr. Arijit Mukherjee (9932368670) 4 days back. At that time he has confirmed that my new machine will be delivered on 6th June 2018. But yesterday he has said that he cannot confirm when it will be delivered. He has behaved rudely. As I am from banking industry, he is asking me whether we can support our clients during demonetisation. I don't know from where he has got this authirity to ask me this question. As a company, do you encourage this kind of behavior with your client??? Can I expect any solution from you?

Acquired a water purifier of Eureka brand from this dealer. They have quoted Rs.17,000 for the product. The delivery was done by these folks. This product is good and I am happy with it.
