As I have called them today to change the engine oil they refused it by saying if customer provide the engine oil they won't change (remeber they are not authorised to any company) something fishy

Procured a good car service from this station. The service was done finely and they were organized in their work since the car service was completed on the right time. The charges are normal.

My 5 month old Ritz was given for its 2nd free service. Till then I was a happy owner as my car did not have a single dent or scratch. But sadly, when I went to pick the car back, thereis mail comes to you from a disappointed customer of your service centre. <br/><br/>I left my car (Ritz, VXI) for its 2nd free service on 28-Nov-15 morning at your centre. Though its a 5 month old car (purchased on 26-June-15), we had managed to drive it without causing a single scratch or dent on the body. <br/><br/>However, on 26-Nov evening when we went to pick our car back, there were multiple scratches on the front left side of the bumper. When asked, the mechanic & manager ganged up and said, it was already there before it was dropped. Sadly, I did not have any proof to say they were wrong. I am very upset with the careless handling of my car and disappointed about the unprofessional attitude of the people there. They cannot take customers for granted.

it is the best car service station of the modern days , here all types of cars are serviced for the affordable price , the delivery time is punctual as the word is given , the customer satisfaction and the customer service is at its best , they have best of employees for doing service work . i will refer about this service station to all the known people
