This is a customer in kadapa. Problem description : E16 error, in Bosch washing machine. Technician came at 7pm in the night, checked wm and reported : Drain pump malfunctioning,needed to replace. It may take one week for product to arrive. The very next day at 7:30pm in the night , he came and replaced with new one, took money &the old one back with him, which he was not supposed to. Said there is a latch at door, which is damaged ,it also needs to be replaced , then wm starts functioning. It's a very small part, and updated, the very next day - we shall replace it sir. It's been 3 weeks since then, different people attend the calls and say, all rubbish reasons, it would be done this day, this week sir. And the don't attend calls. Not fraudulent , but Hopeless service. Sriram.K, kadapa.

I contacted this S.S. Electronics, Radha Krishna Colony, Kadapa. For my Micromax LED Tv, due to some display issue on that. I checked in online about the service center and brought my Tv and giving to them. After they checked informed to me some backlights problems with TV display, quickly replaced the new lights in the display, now my working in good condition. But they didn't give any warranty about the service, They charged Rs2500 for this repair. I felt they charge bit high, Overall I am happy and satisfied with their response and service.
