I hired this business to transport my two wheeler from Hyd to Dehradun. Initially they said it will take 5-6 days in transportation but I got my vehicle after 25 days and so many follow-ups. I can understand that they got delayed because of nationwide lockdown and restriction due to covid but at least they should have informed me these challenges initially. They don't have their own trucks to transport outside city and hired a third party logistics service for transportation. In my case they gave my vehicle to Rivigo . Whosoever is booking their vehicle now can directly book from Rivigo and save some cost. This company is also fine but they don't have proper resolution mechanism. Only one person is there for whole India who handles all the query related to transportation. If you have option try to go for some renowned packers and movers. They will change you some 1000 Rupees extra but alteast you can trust them and have a proper follow-up in case of any delays.
