Hello there,<br/><br/>I have given my car for the regular service.<br/><br/>The pick boy while taking the car to showroom did some accident.<br/><br/>They said they need to replace the bumper.<br/><br/>Due to this they delayed the delivery from Tuesday to Wednesday.<br/><br/>Wednesday some Ranjit will call and said, the paint is not dried we will deliver on Thursday before 2PM.<br/><br/>When I call Ranjit, he has not attended the call for 3 times, When i call customer care and shout on them, Ranjit will send a message to talk to his manager Murgan.<br/><br/>The worst part is he cant even call and inform about the delay.<br/><br/>When I call Murgan, this fellow say we will deliver on Friday before 4PM as some work is pending. I dont have any clue what kind of accident happened with car.<br/><br/>Shame on you guys, the local service people is far better than you.<br/><br/>This is the second time i'm having this problem.
