I have explored all options depending on my budget and I finalized with I20ACTIVE petrol version due to its fully loaded option. I was visiting many Hyundai outlets. As I stay at Borivali for me preferable was either dahisar or mira road. I visited both showroom. But found Mira road showroom much better for customer serivce. I visited there Mr. Kiran Pawar who is manager.<br/><br/>The way the he communicated really turned me in. That day I decide that if I am getting this i20 I have to get this from these guys only. Bcz the way the showroom manager( Mr. Kiran Pawar) behaved with me I was ended up by booking my car on the same day. They really helped me a lot regarding my loan processing papers. From day of booking till day of delivery all went very smooth. They are really kind and practical.<br/><br/>I really appreciate their approach and the focus they've given to us. I strongly recommend.<br/>

Hi, <br/><br/>It has been over a month now, that I have had a problem with the Steering wheel. It goes out of control any random time.<br/>Sometimes it hardens, causing it impossible to steer in middle of a road. Sometimes it just slips out of the hand and rotates itself randomly. <br/>This has now become a DANGEROUS issue and we can't drive it anymore. <br/><br/>For the same, we have been continously following up on phone and in store, but still unresolved.<br/>They charged us 6500+ for a new MPPS motor, saying that was the problem falsely. Infact this has made it even worse.<br/>After spending a lot of time & money, there is absolutely no assistance from those who made the problem worse after charging for no reason.<br/>Miss.
