Mody Ford Service Center Bowenpally Hyderabad

Never expected such worst, worst, ... Service from Ford Service Center. I visited two times and felt disappointed and confirmed my self, it will never Change. I gave my car (EcoSport) for a small service (2 minor parts) which takes hardly 1 hr for fix (1 day for getting the items). But they taken 15 days for that and returned with zero percent satisfaction. 1 part fixed from other car/second hand, other issue not at all solved and more, they are saying that is working fine (i still didn't understand if that is working fine, why they said it is not working when i requested for service). Even for warranty also they struggled me a lot. they said it is not applicable for warranty, when i ask strongly, then they said, will check with manager and confirm. after 2-3 follow ups, finally they agreed to replace, but gave me without fixing the issue. :-) And on top of all, be careful with tools like Jack, seat adjustable clips, fuse covers, what ever user can't identify... For the regular car Car Maintenance Services, had to take from this Mody Ford Service Center, I have a free service from this service station, they did their work with awesome, my car looking new car and it’s very smooth drive, I'm very happy to serviced my car from them.

Took the car service from this service center, which is Mody Ford Service Center. Their service was not that much as well, I expected, after the service my car has been looking neat and clean, but that is not there and some electronics parts are not working properly. I paid 9000 for the car service. I'm not satisfied about their service.

I had done complete services and they charged me nominal amount which was very reasonable rate & within 2 days they finished the work. It was so happy that they handled my vehicle carefully and it looks like new car.I'am satisfied by their service.
