Purchase New AC

Brought an Ac from this agent, They provided me with an expected one, I preferred an Intec split AC 1.5 ton Ac only, They have given me a warranty 10years also, they are responses was average only, they are not picking up my phone and they not giving me AC bill for 10 days. the cost of the Ac is 28000. so I feel it was an average service only.
