NS Home Packers and Movers employee, Dheeraj Singh +91 90238 87792, is a theif and a deceitful person. He has stolen my TV worth 80k. Initial contract was of 14k to transport goods along with TV. Later he demanded 1000 more which I paid. Other items transported but TV was missing. I asked him but he gave his full assurance that the TV will be reaching shortly. Later he started a story where he has no money as there are less orders due to COVID. He requested me some money which he would return in due course. I pitied and gave him 3000 just to make sure he would give me my TV. It's been 7 months and now he has completely stopped responding to my calls or whatsapp chats. Luckily I still have his chats and all photos and I am forced to take legal actions against him or the agaency, NS Home Packers and Movers. Hope his superiors find this review and ask him to mend his ways and also return my TV.

We had a bitter experience.He took one month to deliver goods at tirunelveli in TAMILNADU from Mumbai though promised delivery in 5 days.all goods were soaked in water. Furniture was never delivered till date worth 60 thousand.Container of 19 inches which was promised was never used.Vehicle unnecessarily went to Goa, Kholapur and 2 other places in TAMILNADU though door to door delivery of our goods only was promised. whereabouts were not known for the whole month. One DHIRAJ who did the booking is a cheat. He was absconding.There was mental agony for 1 month. Nobody should ever use them who are not a professional packer at all.Pl call me for any info at 7829013337

Very bad service. They are supposed to ship the consignment on 27th April and deliver on 30th April but delayed with no intimation. Also there is no update from any of the point of contact. No update from any of the persons. Everyday they were giving new contact number with no update. Pathetic service with rating of 9 from Surekha. Ridiculous revert from Sulekha team also. Will not suggest anyone to take any service from Sulekha

Incomplete work, didn't do AC fitting and carpentry work as promised. No coordination with there own employees. Don't pay in full unless your complete shifting is done.
