Need a Washing machine repair & services for my Videocon, I contact this service center, they have done the service ok, but after that service also I am facing some problem, charged for that service 1500, I got an average service.

I have found the service charge very high. Rs. 600/- as compared to others who just charge Rs.100-250/- for this job. On negotiating they came down to Rs. 500/-. Also no receipt was given to me saying that theirs is a very small business operating only on phone calls and they do not give receipts. The technician asked for two days to just enquire and get back with the repairing charges which will be additional to the service charge. I did not trust him and so just sent him away giving the service charge of Rs. 500/-. Felt cheated and duped at the end. Please beware of dealing with this repairer.

I received quick response from this service center. My whirlpool fully automatic washing machine was a problem with electrical panel. They replaced with new panel for that charged me Rs.1400/- which includes service charge. I'm happy to avail their services
