A good service was given by this "Sri Vigneshwara Tours And Travels, Koyambedu", Chennai. I contacted this travels to book a bus. He responded to me good so I booked a 25 seater Ac minibus. The vehicle condition was good, driving was good, driver behavior also was good. It was from Chennai to Cuddalore. He charged Rs 10000. If they keep up the customer's timing it would be much better. It was a safe drive and satisfied.

Bad experience with this Sri Vigneshwara Tours & Travels, Koyambedu. Availed Bus rental services on Mini AC Bus for Outstation trip from Chennai to Tharangambadi and from there to Velankanni. It was 21seater minibus. The driver response and bus condition were very bad. they were not on time and didn't respond my calls. We booked one vehicle but they provided another vehicle. On the way Tharangambadi the bus got break down. We planned for 2 days but they make it for 3 days trip. The time was over to for boating so we missed it. the Friday full plan was spoiled because of their late pickup & bus break down. They have charged 23 per kilometer. We went for 679 KM and beta for the driver is 600. Overall I paid around 16217 for this rental service. It was a very poor service received through this travels.
