Zain Travels Mormugao Goa

Hired a self drive car from Zain Travels for 4 days. Beware of the positive reviews. It is all good if you fortunately don't run into any issues. But the moment you have an issue with the car, the owners of this Travels will make you a pay a big price for any damages. You may end up paying in thousands even for a small scratch on the car. Because you are asked to pay Rs.5000 upfront as refundable deposit, you will hardly be able to bargain your own money. The owners of this travel are the worst people to talk to. Their tones are mostly sweet before you hire their services and can soon turn bitter and abusive the moment you run into an issue. In the words of the owners: "we are here to run a business and make money, not to please customers with customer service". Please exercise caution while hiring services from Zain Travels.

If it was possible to give 0 rating then I would have given 0. However, I have given 1. When we hired the cab in GOA, there was a better option and a better deal than this. But we opted for this since the lady requested and we promised them. We hired cab for 3 days in GOA. We were supposed to return the cab next day at 12 PM. But We had to leave early because of an emergency in the morning 4AM. So we called the lady that we want to return the cab. We have flight to catch still let us know where can we come to return the cab. But that lady was so rude. She started yelling "Ye koi time he kya call karne ka..ek to aapne hamari nind kharab ki..and all that." We told her that we are sorry..but its an emergency. so we need to leave early. Still she kept on saying this. I am not sure if she was expecting us to wait till she completes her beauty sleep. If you are running a business then you should be responsible enough to handle the situation. Even if customer is calling and its an emergency

we had contacted them well before our trip to goa and sent a token advance to book a swift for self drive. they are located very close to the ferry terminal in mormugao and literally stones throw from the vasco railway station. they picked us up from the ferry terminal and though they replaced the swift by a ritz, they let us know well in advance and knocked down the price considerably. we paid 1300/- per day (without petrol) and an advance of 5000/-. we also had to keep my aadhar card with them. the car was not in the pink of its health but had no major problems. they help you with photographing the car exterior and interior for any pre-existing dents and other damages. at the time of returning the keys, things were very smooth. advance was refunded within minutes and they even dropped us to the airport. overall, we had a very pleasant experience with them.

For the bike rental service, I have to hire from this Zain Travels Baina. I paid 2000 rental charges for 5 days. Bike condition was good and got good speed. I really enjoyed this bike ride. Satisfied to take the bike rent from this vehicle service.
