The reason behind hiring this organisation was to complete the work without any hassle and in peace of mind. However, the supervisor only visited during the payment collection. He does not even supervise the overall work progress, quality of the work, its finishing, and never discuss regarding the plan for the work. All my family members are irritated to address the issues raised by applicators, workers, painters. The quotation in was provided by Bapon Halder, one personnel from 123 Home Paints. After all the measurements using their self-claimed accurate (!) laser device, he provided a quotation. The contract paper was handed over to us after 20 days of work. Most importantly, in each and every phase, the supervisor Sumit Roy used to demand additional payment claiming the measurements and payment heads were wrongly written in quotation.
