This is fake service centre. They came on behalf of Samsung Service and took away the original parts of the refrigerator and now it will cost me a fortune to repair it. I have reported this web-page to the cyber crime department. I would request sulekha to not support such fraud service centres.

THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. They will loot you. They damaged my refrigerator and never came back to fix it. They dont pick up phones and tell lies. I would want to lodge an FIR against them. they deserve 0 star.

This is a completely fraud company. They sent their person. We confirmed them to repair after their diagnosis. They promised to come back next day with the parts and asked us to pay them service charge. But since that day, their owner Mr Mondal and their mechanic is not picking calls This company is cheating by only taking service charges and not responding back. SO BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD

BEWARE !! This is a fraud centre.. the loot the common people with high visiting charges as well as the technician broke my refrigerator light(ball) and now from last 10 days nobody has come to repair at my house. They always LIE.
