Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

The worst hostel. Don't even think of choosing them. They will take security deposit of Rs 9990 from you and promise you everything but after you start complaining that fraud genral manager Baljeet Singh will try to manipulate you and you won't be able to leave because of the money you deposited. Food quality will be good for 2 months after that you will face issues, I stayed in their building in Shankar Garden A142 Vikaspuri and at every weekend we have to visit the complain to complain for food or laundry and everytime waste your time and get manipulated. I request you don't even think of choosing aasha hostel. They have seized my Rs 12031 of April 2020 fees because i left in March 2020 because of lockdown, imagine in such a crisis they don't even think once of digesting my money. Road pe reh lena magar aasha hostel me kabhi nahi????

Aasha hostel staff is very irresponsible. In February 2020 I went to my home for some weeks but due to corona virus I was unable to come back to Delhi in 2020 and due to this in December 2020 when I asked for my things to courier firstly they gave wrg cartoon slip for money payment of courier and the another thing is that they have missed all my valuable things (money ,clothes,stationary , watches ,hairdrier, utensils,bedsheets,cosmetics &dry fruits) and in response to that they are saying that cartoons are not packed in front of them and other irrelevant reasons. All the responsibility of my things are under upma maam of janakpiri wing.

Aasha hostel is just like my home. I feel more safe and secure at this place. The best part of this hostel is the peaceful environment where we can study well and achieve our predetermined goals.

This hostel is incredibly fantastic in terms of everything whether we talk about providing facilities like spacious rooms, hygienic food, and security etc. It's completely a perfect place for a student to build his career.
