Worst service, fraud service. They cheat people. In 2019, February the service person came and told that the filter has gone and it need to be replaced, we agreed and done. In October 1,2019 again there was problem and they came for servicing and tod that three filters we're not working and need to be replaced. We agreed, they said that 6 month varranty for the filters they put three new filters. Now in January 10,2020 ( two months) after the filter replacement, they were not working. I called the abhay aquacare continuously for one week daily, they keep on postponing. No one came for the servicing. Finally I called Eureka, service providers. They came and checked and told that all the previously placed filters were duplicate not functioning. They cheat people by telling every time that the filters are the issue and replace the existing filters with the duplicate ones. If they have any courage they should call me after reading this review and come to me. I will teach them a lesson.

Very Bad... These people In Abhay Aqua Sure are big cheats. They fixed faulty filters in my branded Water purifier and charged me giving me warranty day for 6 months. In 2 days the purifier started having the same problem that I called them for. And when I tried reaching out to Abhay Aqua Sure they kept avoiding. And after too many follow ups he is saying that he will get my amount back since I have written six month warranty from him but he is avoidng my calls and incase he answers it's always Monday I will pay you. It's been 7 Mondays that he is promising but no outcome.

horrible services... haven't encountered anybody so unprofessional...even after calling them up 100 times they keep saying will send someone but never send people on time...in fact after their servicing the Aquaguard is in worse condition... please dont rely on their services.

These guys are super fraud and cheat.My Aquaguard was intermittently shutting down and my bad luck that I contacted these guys to resolve the issue.Guy named Madhu visited and without checking properly said that filter is the problem and charged me 5k. Aquaquard worked for a day and again same problem.Called this guy multiple time (Almost 20 time in 3 weeks) but everytime he says that he will come tomorrow but never showed up. After getting cheated I tried contacting authorised Eureka Forbes customer care and they told that they are not authorised guys for servicing. I lost my money and went through 4/5 weeks of mental stress chasing these guys but I suggest all of you to stay away from him.

I really didn't know Abhay Aqua care is a part of Sulekha which I trust as good company. But I meet person called Madhu Gowda who was introduced as a expert to fix one of my 3rd party electric water filters from a local hardware store near my home but later he visited my home, he turned out be a salesman who was forcefully selling new Aqua care filter to my dad in my absence which costs about ?10000 but luckily my dad had given a cheque which he also withdrew from the bank. I really think Madhu was faking it the whole time. I was really suspicious if he is going to return cheque or money. But later when I got to know I had stop whole transaction Madhu & my dad since we only looking for a repair but not to buy new filter which Madhu was trying to sell us. Surprisingly he returned the cash which he withdrew from the bank. So next time beware of such salesmen.
