I have raised a complaint on 5th March regarding AC issue (Bad odour). A service person has come checked and while cleaning the swing broke blade. I have raised a complaint again for the broken blade. Inspite of my regular follow up with customer service till now no one has visited nor the issue is not been sorted out till date. The customer support has transferred the call to local support team for which they mention that the part delivered is wrong and they are helpless, with my regular follow up - the customer service say they will look into the issue. Last year we have faced the same issue and a complaint was logged for broken blade. It took 3 months to get this sorted last year by the time summer completed we have not used the AC. Again the same blade is broken by your service person and we facing the consequences. Till now the AC is not used properly due to all these issues. It is like wasting amount. Can you please help me know how many times should followup.

I have taken LED TV wall mounting service through this Center, their service and response is good.one service person came and done the work on committed time. they have taken service charge at 500 only,they give Good service for me,I'm satisfied with their service.overall it is a good service.

Purchased Panasonic Split AC from this Reliance Digital Kukatpally, Hyderabad.they charged me 43000 for the 1.5 ton AC.they did free delivery and installation too.They have given warranty period.I got the Installation done on time.The customer approaches are really Excellent. Glad to purchase from this vendor.
