I purchased an online UPS Inverter from Ace Tec Power Solution, Ashok Nagar. I bought Exide battery and Luminous inverter. It is of 1050 capacity and is for for residential purpose. They did the installation also. I paid Rs 19000. I am satisfied with their service. Good service from them.

Got Inverter from this vendor, they responded quickly and they delivered the product on time without any delay. The installation of the service vendor was good they charged 5350 and they way they approached was quite good.Good customer service and a good product are given by them.

Purchased a battery from this agent, This agent has given me a good quotation and installed that battery in my home, Totally I purchased Two batteries, The type of battery is Luminous battery, This agent job is really good and pretty, This agent did the job at my doorstep, The cost of the battery is around 19000, This is the Excellent service, And I am mindfully satisfied.

I purchased Microtec 1100 SEBZ and Exide 1M10000T in March 2016. Until I purchase the products the dealer use to keep calling and try to convince to purchase from him. On the day of installation and after collecting money, the staff said he did not bring the bill and the same would be delivered the next day. But after that he never picks up the call. So do not trust his words. The truth will be known only after the purchase.

I Purchased a Luminous Zelio 1100VA Invertor and a Luminous ILT18048 12V 150AH Tall Tubular Battery with trolley for Rs.19,175 on 24th April 2016. The staff were unprofessional as the wiring they did was shabby , incomplete and very unsafe. They have left the switch boxes of AC Input and output on the battery without fixing on the wall. They have delivered me an old stock invertor Oct 2015 and after my objecting the same they gave Jan 2016 Model and took the new carton box with the old invertor. The trolley was very sub standard and the wheels of the trolley came off immediately after the staff left. Above all after delivering the product these people are not responding to our phone calls and rectifying the problems. Very humiliating. Feeling cheated by this dealer. Not at all happy with this dealer's service.Will not recommend this dealer to anybody.
