ACT Fiber Net Dwaraka Nagar Visakhapatnam

I had approached ACT Fiber Net, Dwaraka Nagar to get internet service for my home. Their service was good and provided the service on time. They have charged me Rs. 650 and I am happy with their service.

I am using Act Fibernet for the past 2 years. I live in Lalithanagar, Akkayapalem, Dwarakanagar. The technicians are very poorly qualified. I have 40 Mbps connection. I am getting now 20 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed. I complained several times, but they close the request before its solved. I also sent a mail to their appellate authority, but no reply. Very poor service, they call in the middle of the night to solve the problem. Chettha service, teskovaddu.
