They had shifted my household from Aligarh to Hardoi on 12- 13 july2022. Initially they were doing packing correctly but after afternoon 12 o'clock, some more worker came. Now they are in hurry. Packing glass item with steel utensils. laptop and wall clock with ceiling fans etc. But we allowed them to work assuming they were professional. When they reached Hardoi , they start unloading without our presence. Almost all flower pots were deliberately broken at gate of single story building. Dinning table's chairs foam was scratched. Almirah got dent. 3 wall clocks glass was broken. sofa cum bed was scratched from side. No marking in items , so very confusion in similar size packets. They charged 33k for household and bullet bike. But there service irritate us.
