The owner is really arrogant and most of the time does not pick up calls for anything and the person he has left incharge is arrogant and does as he feels like(also drinks 2-3 times a week) . And also make you pay extra for many thing like 3/unit extra for electricity than in contract and is also very nossy. And getting your security back will be very tough, owner will not pick up and he will say talk to owner and if you leave without security, they will say you damaged the room and cut most of the security. If you can deal if all this then room and food are better then any other near by Pg.
