I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this furniture manufacturer. After paying an advance for a custom sofa, I was promised delivery within two weeks. However, that timeframe has long passed, and I have received no updates or photos despite multiple inquiries. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and reflects a high level of unprofessionalism. It appears that the business model revolves around collecting advance payments without any intention of fulfilling commitments. I now feel trapped and regret not choosing a more reliable company. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Furniture quality is too bad. Owner is arrogant and not ready to accept customer point rather he is justifying his point and product which is the worst. Don't buy any furniture from here they don't care for customers.

What they show during the selling and what they deliver after the purchase are not same. Always manipulate customers with sweet words of a young double faced lady who can not keep her promises.

We had the worst experience with Atma Singh Furniture. Arjun Singh and their idiot staff named Rintu. They don’t deliver the furniture on time and it's not as per the requirements. The quality of their furniture is the worst. I highly advise not purchasing furniture from them at all. They have no commitment. They asked me to wait for 20 days and then refused to deliver after the wait. They haven't returned my advance payment. The owner spoke very rudely and doesn’t know how to behave or talk respectfully, especially to a female. It was a complete waste of my money and time. It's a total waste of money. They are not courteous and lack proper communication skills. They demanded half the payment in advance and the rest upon final delivery. The product arrived damaged and below standard. The finishing was very poor. This shop is a real fraud. The worst shop ever with clever and cunning people. They act sweet before payment, but their attitude changes as soon as they get the money.

The most unprofessional and pathetic furniture shop in Tilak Nagar. These guys don't even know how to make a simple queen size bed. They have messed up the basic dimensions and are not willing to even fix it. The owner Mayur is rude and arrogant. Instead of fixing the problem he has blocked us and not responding. Never ever buy anything from this shop
