Kindly refrain from purchasing anything from Ratan Refrigerations. They do as sort of tricks and malpractices to maximise their profits. Our story : We purchased an Aircon from here in May 2020. Later we moved to another city. And now we have a problem with the AIRCON, ie. Feb 2021. Daikin guy came inspected and got back to us saying that the repair won't be covered under the warranty as our warranty got over 4 months back. Suprise! And more suprise is that the billing is done in some other guy's name it seems and more over. Outside unit billed to 1 name and inside unit to some other. Just wow. I seriously don't know what made them do this. But for sure there is some foul practice behind this. I communicated the same with Ratan Refrigerations, said they will sort it out. Though I reminded them a couple of times they just stopped responding after a while. So overall learning : It is because of such kind of assholes that smaller retail stores are getting eaten up by Reliance, Croma and other bigger players. I'm initiating legal proceedings as this can't be left like this.

My first purchase with the newly opened shop in sector 10 faridabad is pathetic. I purchased carrier 1.5ton AC and they promised to have to installation today I.e.13 may but not fulfilled their promised. I called them many times to Naveen a sales agent there but not fruitful. On top of it I enquired about this product next to one of the shop in 26600 rs (AC, stabilizer, free installation). I told all of this to them in Sargam store but they tried to convince me with rebuttals but not convincing. In the end I satisfied myself paying extra is not a problem but installation should be done today. Despite of several reminder nobody turned up and no calls. Even they charged freight as well for the delivery after so much of talk they are not ready to retain their customer. Sorry to say my first purchase is a last purchase from sargam. Beware this is going to be tough for you to survive with this attitude in sec 10 market and with such sales executives. :-(
