We are in the service field for the past 6 years. We started Smart way services with two employees to reach in and around New perungalathur. Now, we have grown to cover 15kms radius with 8 employees. We provide a service and maintenance for Refrigerator, Washing machine, Air-conditioner, Microwave oven and RO Water Purifiers.

I contacted Smart Way Services, New Perungalathur to service my washing machine IFB Fully automatic - front load tub not spinning issue. The technician came on time and attended to the problem and informed that the sensor should be changed. I informed that I will do it later. I paid Rs.250 as the service charge. Their response was very quick and good. Overall I am very much happy and satisfied with this service."

They had sent a technician for service of my Refrigerator. They had check did the service, they have a refill to gas, Now its working fine. I paid 2500 for gas refilling charge, 1450 for Refrigerator full-service charge, 200 for wire tape charge, overall I paid around 4150 for that service, it's a high amount for that service, I am very happy with the service which is given by them."
