Never trust, lost my money by paying advance. I have found ABI GLASS HOUSE & ADHIL INTERIOR through google and enquired for the UPVC work. Initially taken in a way to build a trust by showing samples in WhatsApp. Later called for a site visit and paid an advance to start the work. He said only after the advance he will start the work, paid 60% as an advance. Waited for 10 days and no response from the shop. Reached him for the work, he started telling the stories instead of working. Later started abusing and finally not picking the calls. As a business, if you are unable to do the work you should return the advance, instead showing bad attitude at the customers. Don't lose the money by giving the work or paying him advance. I lost already. I have all the proof of the above saying including bills and call recordings.
