It is quite astonishing to report that the behaviour of Service person was so arrogant and unbelievable that he has refused to do the monthly service stating that some other person will come and do the service for asking him why u have broken the screw when removing the filter changing bottle. His Boss also could not able to make him to finish his job assigned to him. THIS IS THE SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS IN THE COMPANY. THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME. In our area since many of our neighbours have the Amazon residential RO. We too have purchased the same. They have given an one year warranty with a comprehensive annual contract. We paid 13000Rs for the product and its been a month since I procured and I am also a happy customer of Amazon
