P & Laying Steel : Providing And Laying Of Reinforcement Steel Of All Dia.Charges For Cutting, Bending & Tying Of Bars Of All Diameters In Rcc Works In Foundation And Superstructure At All Levels Etc 7. Bricks, Light Weight Block And Solid Block Masonry Work. 8. Plaster Exterior 20Mm 2 Coat : Providing And Applying One Coat Of Primer And Two Coats Of Exterior Grade Acrylic 9. Plaster Interior 12Mm Smooth Finished : Providing And Laying 12Mm Thick Smooth Finish Cement Plaster At All 10. Fixing Of Tiling On Wall & Floor : Laying Flooring , Dado, Skirting In True Line , Level & Grade 11. Fixing Granite For Door Frame, Wall Cladding, Urinal Partition Etc : Cutting And Fixing Charges For Laying Door Frame, Wall Cladding, Urinal Partition In True Line , Level 12. Water Proofing Work : Applying Water Proof Coat On Wall By Using chemical waterproofing, IPS, membrane coting, PU coating and Indian Standard practice with Brick Bad Coba Work 13. Applying Exterior Paint: Providing And Applying One Coat Of Primer And Two Coats Of Exterior Grade. 14. P & F Glass Windows : Providing And Fixing Box Type Louvered Window With Colour Anodizing 15. Plumbing / Sanitary Fitting and construction work B) Building Repair and Maintenance Work 1) Removal of Damage concrete : Removing & Cleaning of existing concrete Carefully by low impact high frequency hammer OR by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete or control sand blasting including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. complete. 2) Removal of Plaster : Removing & Cleaning of existing Plaster Carefully by low impact high frequency hammer OR by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete or brick work including cleaning the surfaces and preparing surface ready to receive new plaster etc. 3) Anticorrosive Treatment: Providing and Applying Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement 4) Providing and applying Bond coat 5) Polymer Modified Mortar: Building up the profile of structural members by using high strength single or two component thixotropic/polymer modified repair mortar for concrete repairs 6) Plaster Work: Providing and applying average 12-15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 for walls, concrete surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc. Complete 7) Applying internal and external painting work.
