Very poor service. I have communicate by phone for repairing of my gas geyser and they reach at home. After checking, they said to take it at their shop for repairing and taken it. After 2-3 days, when we not hear anything from them and calling them by phone for repairing status. They said that it is repaired and we will come to installation. They give false commitment but not come. Gradually day by day they ignore our phone calls and whatsapp messages. Innocent people get trapped by this way as they replying very politely and trustworthy. So I openly request all that don't trust on them. Please do paper work especially when they ask to get it at their workshop for repairing. I am the victim of this kind of things. They have not returne back my gas geyser and not giving any reply by phone call/whatsapp messages,phone's messages, email etc. It seems that they might block my number and ignore my communication. Please beware of this kind of fraud!!!!!

The excellent response and service got from this Cooling Town, Gomtipur. I had some issue with my Racold Electric geyser which is in out of warranty period so contacted them. They responded quickly and one technician came from this service centre. He replaced with a new spare part and rectified the problem within an hour Now is working fine. He collected me Rs.500 with including service charge, which is a reasonable price. I am fully satisfied with their service.

Good service provided by Step In Services Jodhpur Park, Kolkata. Searched for my Water heater repair & services and got a prompt response from this expert. service provider came and check the issue, find out they fully shouted it not able to repair. They charged 250 I paid the service charge. Overall happy with their work done.

My Usha Gas Geyser has overheating and noise issue. Spoken with Ambica Sales & Services in Maninagar for the issue. they came on the same day and quoted me Rs 1800 for the service and I had paid Rs 100 for visiting charges. Felt the charges were high but still the response from their end was good.

There was a problem in my kenstar geyser, so I approached this service provider.actually in the geyser, there is 2 gas where one LPG and another will be png .but our geyser has 2 LPG where one connector was there.this connector was having the problem which was rectified.400 was paid for it.good service
