Very courteous and accommodating person. I did some research on the issue and he didn't try to show me who the technician is. He was experienced and professional throughout. Will go directly to him the next time I run into a problem with my washing machine.

Due to some Noise issue on my Videocon Washing machine repair & services. So i have contacted AMS Star Service Center, Jayanagar. They came and check the product and they said the repair charge were its very high to me so i have dropped the repair plan. I paid for the visiting charge were 200. I got a good response from them.

I am happy with the service. My Fully automatic - front load was not working and I got it to service from AMS Star Service Center, Jayanagar. It's an IFB brand washing machine and the issue was the water was not draining. The service person changed the water sump and hose pipe and gave 1-year warranty for the replaced parts. They charged 2800 for the service. Now the problem is completely resolved.
