Very bad company to deal with as in the start they say all nice things but the service they provide is horrible. I wanted a baby sitter for my kids but they nanny they sent were all not knowing their work. They mention trained but no one is trained and no one was up to the mark. Very bad quality of service. Finally when I told them that no one is proper as per the requirement and to refund me the money back they charged me and only deducted few money back. This same thing happened with one of my friends who also took the service of taking care of their old parents but the ladies sent were all not good. They started fighting with those old people and was not good at all. Finally he also said to refund and he has still not got refund. These people are just fooling like this to everyone and collect registration fee and say we will refund you back if you donot want to continue with the service but they later donot refund. So if anyone is getting trapped with the way they present please

Anaya maid service is a FRAUD company. We have been asking for a refund since October but they keep giving excuses after excuses. Ms. Shweta and Ms. Sayli have been constantly avoiding our calls as they probably do not want to give a refund. They are running a SCAM where they take the registration money claiming it is completely refundable in the beginning and never refund the money. I would strongly advice to stay away from such fraudsters and save yourself.

The domestic help never came. I have been following up for refund of service deposit (charged even without offering the service), however no response.

They are fake people please don't trust they will take money and not provide any service no call back no response
