Customer service is very bad taking more money and they will damage more its very bad experience

Very good service center where I repaired my water purifier.repairing cost is also nominal and they solved the issue soon.I would suggest this service center to my friends too.Satisfied service.

Hi Aqua, I would like to bring to your notice, regarding the problem we are facing from one of your service provider branch residing @ below address Aqua Pure Service#248/ 7th A-CrossShastrinagar Near KR road, Bangalore-560070Kumar (his Mobile No. +91-8884098065) also he mentioned the customer care number as well in the Receipt Invoice: 1591 but customer care No. 9972598289 is not workingMy Problem: 1) I had paid Annual maintenance service last year but he skipped one service due to that there was problem in my Eureka Filter and he never use to come on time (he only did for previous service as well).2) Again I paid for 2 years Annual maintenance on Saturday 9th Jan 2016, for the period of Annual maintenance from 9th Jan 2016 to Jan 2018 on conditional commitment, saying that he will solve my Eureka Filter problemHe took my filter (1 month back) saying that, he will take into service station to get it repair/changing the filters with in a day and still,very worst service

Gues dont even entertain these people.These people are fraud. They will take money and will give you the receipt and after that they will not receive the call. If You will call from diffrent no. they will receive and they will give some excuse.These are fraud people. So beware of that.<br/>And i think that this 1st review is written by his own.
