This is a worst company. Don't ever buy any product from him. I bought 2 Dolphin RO domestic water purifiers from him on Jan 2014, one for my parents and other for my in law's. Both machines are faulty. The original TDS of my parent's house was just 850. Right from three months after purchase, my parent's machine started giving salt water again. When called for service, the proprietor, will tell he will come; but he wont come unless u make atleast 6 to 7 calls in 15 days from ur initial call. First 2 times he said the problem is with the water only and changed the prefilter stick and went. But on the persistence of the problem and on our compulsion, he opened the system and saw on the third time of service. He said some blocker was not working and changed it. But just after 2 months, the machine again started giving salt water again. When called, he din't come for nearly 10 days. On further calls, he sent his service men, who came and saw the TDS alone and said the BOSS will come next
