Reached ASC Quick Services to service my Samsung TV. Mainly I gave them to repair the Display problem on my TV. They charged me around 600 for the overall service. although It was a median service rendered by them.

Called this service vendor for my LED TV repair. They immediately sent a technician. He came and check the issue in my TV. He took the Tv to the service centre and they completed the work properly but little delay.They charged me a nominal amount for this service. I am very happy with the response.

A big time fraud company. Only motive is to cheat people. Charges are very high and no support post service. They make big promises during service and later provide support. On calling them they behave very rudely over phone. I suggest dont even go to them. There re many better options and service providers available in Market. I gave my micorwave for servicing. They charged 2000 for services and 400 for pickup of microwave. They gave 6 months warranty. Within 1 month again the same issues appeared. On contacting them, they spoke very rudely and even after waiting for 2 week did not provided any support. I am still waiting for the service. I advise is do not, do not go through them.

The worst Service from this. I have given two LED tvs 40 inches. They charged me 19,000/- for both and didn't done it correctly. 1. Full HD LED TV = done the repair and didn't fitted the screws. Due to that TV screen was cracked and LED damaged. They charged 12,800/-. 2. 3D Smart LED TV = done the repair and given to me. But the issue is repeating again and again. I have given twice till now. But no use. and charged 6,800/- Very Very Pathetic Service.. Never give your TV to this Service Center.
