They have not completed a single project, Very bad experience with them, all my money is lost

I had booked a villa from Atheena in their Sai City project in 2015. They never completed this 44 Villa project. Explaining a long story is tough but both Naveen & Praveen started asking for extra money to the extend of 15lacs stating various illegitimate reasons. None of our calls were responded & many legal notices were also not accepted. I would personally recommend not to deal with this builders as we also came to know about their other projects also having similar issues. "BE CAREFUL"
