Have been without service for 2 days. They say switch in my building is down...but my neighbours are getting service. Call centre keeps u waiting for 10 minutes before issuing standard answers.

An unethical cable TV provider. There is no prior intimation of increase in monthly fees. The customers are threatened that their set-top boxes will be switched off if they don't agree to the higher fees. Sometimes, certain channels are blanked out in advance, so that customers will be forced to pay more and that too for fewer channels. Call centre with telephone number 428240000 doesn't solve any problem and doesn't like to register complaints. Very unprofessional. This operator is best avoided.

They used to be good, they are cheaters now... in spite of paying for a year, they kept asking me for more... the promised benefits were withdrawn without notice( after making a full years payment only for the benefits). numerous calls and complaints were futile...
