Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Customer Id: ID 000191 August Architects India ( Kalyannagar) is worst architect in Bengalore, Masons plans are better then Tausif Khan plans. Tausif Khan only talks big things, but delivers Big Zero. He told us will give 3 different plans, but he only do minuet changes and will send the details, that to after following up for 3 to 4 weeks. For everything we need follow up with him, he will send something which is not worth. Tausif khan sends details after complication of work, I got the electric ,elevation and other details after complication for slab of 1st and 2nd floor, that to because we follow-up with him. As per the details, send by Tausif Khan Sink in kitchen is attached to columns. (No Architects in the world gives I think) They will not visit the site at least once in a month and will not give any inputs to owner for improving. On interior works, he copies all from internet and given us. He thinks that clients will not search internet for Ideas.

One of my worst experience of life to have employed August Architecture to renovate my kitchen. Except for the initial draft plan where Tausif sold us a dream , everything else has just been a harrowing experience for us. They were supposed to deliver us a turnkey project, but I realised that they have experience only in design and architecture. They outsource everything to third party on whom they do not have any control There has been numerous problems in this project - Schedule delay , No co-ordination between the different civil works responsible, designs not as per measurement, shabby finishing, extremely poor post delivery support. Overall , I am very disappointed with this firm and would not recommend to anyone

August architects is an awesome interior design company ,they provided us end to end solutions. Before finalising August I went to almost 10 other design firms and found August approach for design and materials used to be perfect. Needed my 3bhk house to be ready in 45 days after design. It was a challenge but the team made it possible with awesome coordination and good work. Everyone from design, implementation and the carpenter work all worked seamlessly well. Special Kudos to Shanka(Project Manager ) and Tausif(Founder) for completing it within time and for their hard work and also Hajira (Designer) who did design for my house , she was very responsive and clears all my doubts. It came out very well. I would like to recommend August if you want quick and best work with very fast delivery :-)
