You have committed that you will handover Aura changing daRythm in March'15 and changed that to June and then Sep and then now no update, Always your te of completion and apart from that no response from your end. One of the key person will not pick up calls for last 12 months, ( same personal was instrumental to sign/book flat at this project ) I have booked Aura Rythm in the month of Dec 2014 and you are agreed to hand over the building in the month of march 2015, but past 14 months no activity in the building, no responsible reply from your end, but have collected more than 80% of the fund, Because of this delay i'm forced to go other rental house with additional expense of 13K p/m with advance of 1 Lakh apart from paying EMI.
