Very pathetic service. I have shifted my home belongings from mumbai to Goa. You don't believe they using the truck which is returning empty from unloading of goods to mumbai. I have experience of frustration During receiving my luggage . Once you do the payment, the devil named Ajay Dubey and Ranjit won't receive your phone. I made almost 80 calls regarding labour issue during unloading but none of responded. I have managed my labour own. He claims, that he will produce insurance of luggage and take photo of all material before packing so that any damage during transportation, claim of insurance raised. But he is totally lying. My bike, cupboard got damaged. Further enquiry, I came to know that my luggage truck as well as driver got changed in between. The guy Ranjit demanded me additional 2k rupees to deliver material. I request you, instead giving him work manage the things by yourself or Else give contract to other party. When I refuse to give extra money,he replied me, aapke ek kaam se char chand nahi lagenge company ko.
