Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

One night before the booking date the owner called at 10PM and started stating his demands 1. Asked for booking amount which he had said was not required earlier 2. Advance amount of 60% of the booking amount before getting on the bus next morning 3. We have to go to the bus stop instead of the bus coming to our location Be careful before booking anything from such frauds

Bus condition is poor. Staff behavior is poor. Time punctuality worst. Don't pay full amount in advance. When returning, driver stop the bus before destination due to 05 number members present in the bus and asked them to take cab.

Since I was looking for Deluxe Non AC bus rental service with the city Kolkata, finally I got found this travels and I booked the Deluxe Non AC bus rental service for only one day, they approached me nicely & I got an excellent response from their side when I contacted him regarding the service, as well as the bus condition also perfect for what I expected I got from them, they charged me 5000 for the one day rental services, Its an awesome service they provided to me.
