I purchased new honda CB SHINE and somewhere in 4 months indicator switch stoped working (manufacturing defect) and when approched "Pilot Honda Service" in Bhandup there is no professional assistance towards my complaint & as per their commitment they were suppose to contact me within 2 days now ten days passed nobody called. Im calling on their given mobile number but nobody pick the call & landline only ringing as well. Very very dissappointed from such a big reputed Brand "HONDA".

Very rude behavior of the staff. The advisor behaves as if he has done a favour. They treat customer like dogs and dupe them. Poor customer who does know know about AMC falls under their trap. They will always tell you to extend the AMC and then charge heavily on every visit. They lie a lot on the services done. They don't even explain the work done. They first take money before showing the bike to the customer. I had to literally fight in order to get things done. More than services they sell their products. They also fool customers in buying unnecessary products. Even on free services which clearly mentions zero labour charge they charge extra. If you are visiting this service centre then be cautious. Their services is also not upto mark.

If there would been negative rating I would have given that. I agree to the previous review this guy is a fraud. Today only He sent a guy at my flat and gave estimate of 7000 but when I reach there and he opened the bike his estimates reached to 20150 which is more than twice which he quoted earlier and when I refused to service then he said u have to pay 1000 for opening the bike and for the guy which he sent at my flat at manpada thane. I request everyone who ever is reading this do not get ur bike repaired from such fools. Thanks

I have jupiter ZX model, i give it to service its really bad experience with TVS service center in mira road they just wash my bike and give it to me all the problems remaining same and they charge 400 bucks for water resistant polish, 200 for clutch and 200 for service, really i disappointed and next day when i ask for problems they just said it "we will check" nothing else they done.
