i am not satisfied with the service of BOI. No onsite ATM,NO Cash deposit machine, There is always a long crowd before cash counter,No separate counter for valued and senior citizen customers.behaviours are also not up to the mark

I am not satisfied with the service of BOI. I have lodged a complain by online (as suggested by the BOI customer care executive) regarding the wrong deduction on amount from my account 10 days back. Till now I didn't hear anything from BOI end. I tried to call on 033 - 24985993, 033 - 24584642, 033 - 24781577 (as mentioned in this site) but found that the numbers does not exist. I also tried to contact on 1800220229 but there is no response. Sorry to say... Very bad service.. Regards, Subhasis Dutta, 9088184897, 9051477897
