Glad infra One of worst construction company I can say , genuine review own my personal experience we are building our House with glad infra company from last 7 month and they are worst at their and others in counting Honesly speaking if you choose glad infra be ready to face a lot of problems and not some But don?t let that dissuade you from building your dream home.

my daughter?s bathroom finished after almost 4-months since the work started. And this is just a 6? by 12? ft bathroom and one would think that it is done in few weeks at the best. But then, as the fate would have it, we were to experience the journey with LXM Interior. Being myself running a business across APAC, what evades me even today is what kind of business is Vinod Kumar (owner) building. Definitely not a scalable one. One that doesn?t care (we had multiple calls to him to discuss the delays - actually his project manager, Suraj, not even picking up our phone calls) loosing a paying customer, but also potential business (we had given the bathroom work on trial basis - and I am glad that we didn?t end up giving the entire house renovation to them) is not my idea of a sincere business person. We finally had to complete the work on our own. I wish Vinod and his team all the best and only hope that they get better at it as the space that they are in has huge potential of creating satisfied customers. But in the meantime, do your own due diligence before you engage with LXM Interior.

All earlier comments are not genuine, all are given on same day. I went with these guys by looking at those comments. Approached them for bit of civil work and exterior painting. Every day i am regretting when I see my home after their work. They are big liers. They promise something while providing quotation and they do something different. Please avoid these guys for any home renovation works.

I would recommend Mr ilangovan for his sincerity, patience and decision making skills in the field of building construciton, repairing and renovation. We had a flat at Rajam Amirtham, over a period of 8 years we are in good relation and willing to continue hereafter. He deserves appreciation for his dedication, truthfulness, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, compassion & Faith. He delivers all jobs to meet customer expectations moreover he listens to his heart and executes. He is a mentor for the youngster who has to shine in this field. I wish others to have such a wonderful experience doing business with him.

Pathetic finishing, disgusting attitude towards his customers. We gave him project to start from january 2021 and to complete by March. Due to covid situation, we were leneant to have it by mid april which is still incomplete. We have tilted wardrobes, cut, bubbles and scratches on laminates which he refused to change or even correct his mistakes. He has an excuse on everything, will tell about the flaws of builders but will never admit to his mistakes. We have deeply regrated his work. The selection of our kitchen laminates which we choose are also completely different and of cheap quality than the catalogue shown to us. People like him are not called interior designer, they're like a contractor who gets ideas from his own customer and then give them damaged finished product. Beware all and don't throw away your hard earned money on cheap work like this
