These guys are frauds,cheats. Don’t risk buying phones or repairing phones from here. They have a very incapable, totally incompetent and inexperienced team who is probably learning at your cost and will guarantee and make fancy promises but will damage your phone, charge you and not take any responsibility. They Charged me 10500 assuring to replace my iphone screen and gave a 7 day guarantee but their inexperienced workshop finally ended up damaging the phone screen in doing so and now don’t want to take any responsibility. All 7 day guarantee, hum baithe hai.. false talks and fake promises. Beware of these fraud shop and their owner. If you take up phone repairs without possessing required skills, knowledge and experience and then damage the customers phone in doing so, that’s nothing but cheating and fraud. Hopefully other customers read this and don’t get cheated like me. That’s my only objective to enlighten others and prevent fraudsters like you from fooling others.

Very bad customer service, the staff did not help out or even care, they're full of themselves and I would recommend going to any other apple service centre like Nyasa.

@AppleSupport Hello sir, One of my beatx device send for replacement at Aundh apple service He said either your device will replaced or will give refund you. But no such action was taken from last 5 months. After facing such trouble many times, my no- 965838189

few mounths ago i replace my mobile glass (oppo r7 lite ) , he said that this is original glass but after some days i realized that this is not original glass , he take 1900 Rs for change this glass and actual price for this glass is max 800 Rs ,so he cheated me ,so i requast to all plase dont come in this shop,this is totally fake. if u want to confirm this so u contact me anytime this is my contact no 9960082502 (tushar thakur )
