Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Beware of Best One Enterprise: A Disappointing Experience I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Best One Enterprise, an A/C repairing company owned by Mr. Munir. Despite their promises of quality service and a 6-month warranty on gas refilling and leakage, my experience with them was nothing short of disappointing. Just three hours after the gas filling, my A/C developed issues, prompting me to contact the company immediately. However, to my dismay, they were unresponsive for an extended period, leaving me in a state of frustration and inconvenience. After numerous attempts to reach out and follow-ups, I finally managed to get a response, only to be met with excuses and poor customer service. Despite my concerns and the evident flaws in their service, they offered only a partial refund, claiming their inability to rectify the problem. It's disheartening to encounter such deceitful practices and lack of accountability from a service provider.
