Issues with the Bestower laptop: 1. Inflated Bills: Will always surpass the initial quote. No updates when initial quote is changing. 2. Unreliable when it comes to responding timely. There will always be an excuse abut not getting back on time. 3.Expect some damage to your laptop every time - In my case, CMOS battery was missing the first time. Second time when I gave a 12month old laptop for keyboard change, he dropped soldering iron damaging the entire keyboard panel. Promised to change the item on his cost but no call after payment. BEWARE of his promises. Based on purely my experience, AVOID this at all cost.
Wow, what a service, Shahid is extremely talented technician to repair all laptop brands, he fixed my 10 years old asus laptop at very reasonable price which others said no, moreover he was able to arrange the battery for the same which even the biggest laptop spare parts shop in tilak nagar said no, I would highly recommend him, appreciate his work Last but not the least, his confidence was amazing to handle the faulty laptops. Very satisfied with the services rendered by Shahid of Best Ower Solution. He very confidently opened the entire laptop HP x360 convertible, delicately removed handled all internal miniature components to reach the RAM section and replaced it with 8 GB version. All things neatly assembled again without any issues. Laptop is working absolutely fine and with good speed. All this happened in the comfort of my home in front of me. Very bad service. Not assured. Think 100 times before choosing this service or else visit another service provider. I sent laptop to change hinges, but totally disappointed.
