Pathetic service from "Bharath Home Appliances, A.S. Rao Nagar". I approached them to repair my Bajaj electric geyser. They sent one technician for the service. He rectified the issue and asked for Rs. 1500 which I have paid. Later I found that he didn't replace any parts. So I asked him then he promised me to return back Rs. 1000 but he is not picking up the call.

I am really impressed with the customer support and service. The water heater was not working properly. So I contacted Bharath Home Appliances, A.S. Rao Nagar service provider They came to my place and taken the product to the service point. They check the issue and they replaced some spare parts. Now its working good condition. For that I paid overall around 4000. Excellent service from them.

The technician fixed the problem with my Electrolux oven which was having a problem. He explained what was wrong clearly, showed me the problem within the oven as well as showing me how he verified the fix.  He provided me with information on how to prevent this problem in the future, didn't make an additional repair that wasn't necessary and charged me 500 which was a nominal charge for the general service.  I was happy enough that I left him a tip out of gratitude.

I had an issue with Microwave Oven in my home, I came across "Bharath Home Appliances" through Sulekha.com and I contacted them. He visited my place to check the issue. He don't Know what is the exact issue in the Microwave Oven, he replaced 4 to 5 main parts in Microwave oven and now its working properly, He charged me around Rs.4700 for repalcement of parts and labour charges . I got a good service from them.

My Panasonic Microwave oven was not working due to some board issue. So, I contacted this service provider. They sent a technician on the same day. Technician analyzed the issue and done repaired. Now it is working great. They charged me 3000 for service and replaced some part in Microwave oven. I am greatly satisfied with their service.
