Very bad service from National Movers & Packers for asked to move my Honda city car from Kharagpur to Delhi. They handled my car which is very bad while moving my vehicle car soccer was broken. I asked the reason but, they simply refuse to say the reason 2 people came they handed over the car to my relative took a very long time. Also, not covered my car properly. The charge was also very high. So, I am not satisfied with their service.

have purchased Harley Davidson Street Rod 750 Bike costing Rs 6.05 Lacs from Bengal Harley Davidson Showrom, Kolkata situated at New town Rajarhat on 13.10.2018. I had avail the services of DHL express packers & logistic, kolkata for delivery of my bike through transport from Bengal Harley Davidson Showrom New Town Rajarhat to Radha Apartment New Baradwari Jamshedpur Jharkhand. ( Booking no- DC00983767). For this I have paid an amount of Rs 8925/- to DHL express packers & logistic kolkata. Its very unfortunate that delivery of my bike should have been done through seperate wagon as company assured me when i booked the consignment . But Shri Deepak Prasad drive my bike from Kharagpur to Jamshepur without geeting my permission to deliver me. When I asked him to who permitted you to drive my bike for delivery at Jamshedour, then he told me that company transport vehicle from which my bike has to be delivered got major break down near Kharagpur and Shri Deepak's senior Shri Rajesh Sharma had instructed him to drive the bike and deliver the same at Jamshedpur. All the packing had been torn, even though I asked DHL kolkata to provide some pics of packaging of my bike but they didnt provide yet. Finally my bike has reached Jamshedpur at 3.00 AM on 14.10.2018 which was driven 340 kms by Shri Deepak Prasad staff of DHL, kolkata company. Sorry to say that it was very shocking moment for me when i saw the condition of my dream bike it was full of mud and scratches all over the bike.

I shifted my Honda City from Kolkatta to Hyderabad through Aggarwal Packers & Movers from New Alipore in Kolkata .The 4 wheeler was transported in a very safely and this was an excellent service .
