Bimal Auto Agency Adabari Guwahati

I aken my Swift dezire ML05F 4433 to Bimal Auto Agency Adabari and on 1st Oct 2016 I had paid a bill of <br/>Rs. 31,000.00 by card. The cashier swiped the car twice claiming that the first attempt failed. After few days I noticed from my bank statement that the amount of 31,000.00 was credited twice to Bimal Auto's account. I took the pass book to Bimal Auto, Adabari along with a letter. A person called Vishal in the cash department claimed that though my pass book shows the amount twice it was credited only once in their account. I requested a written statement and he told me that he will check with the bank and get back. Despite reminders by sms and calls he has not given it in writing that the amount was not credited twice. I have now decided to file a legal complaint against Bimal. Moral of the story I do not trust Bimal Auto.
